A young couple’s 3-story 1980s beach house renovation celebrates their bold and colorful personalities. Materials, textures, and patterns collide to create unexpected moments of drama and delight.  


The kitchen was designed to frame and capture the richness of the handmade milky glass mosaic backsplash from Ann Sacks. The entire first floor opens to the exterior through giant 24 feet folding glass doors, creating an uninterrupted experience between the various spaces and activities.
